Bordeaux Kitchen Book Release

On June 15th, at 6PM, the French Cheese Board will be hosting Tania Teschke for her book release of The Bordeaux Kitchen. There will be a brief discussion of the book followed by an explanation and tasting of several cheeses described in the book, along with a pairing of the small batch dry white 2016 vintage generously donated by Château Biac, outside Bordeaux, also featured in the book!
The book will be for sale at the event.
