Compound Butter (4/25)

On April 25th, the French Cheese Board hosted a workshop featuring variations of compound butters in honor of its weeklong giveaway of croissants made with their very best French butter!

The compound butters on the menu were: Shallot & Herb butter, Gremolata butter, Marcona Almond butter, Madagascar butter, Pistachio butter, Sundried Tomato butter, 5 Spice butter, Spice Right Peppercorn Ranch butter and Brown butter.
