French Butter is Better Butter (4/24)

On April 24th, the French Cheese Board hosted its ‘French Butter is Better Butter’ kick starter event in honor of a weeklong giveaway of hand crafted butter infused croissants. Butter is the basis of French gastronomy and was celebrated with a night filled with Belgian waffles and brioche French toast made with France’s very own Isigny and President butters!

On the menu: Comté cheese quiche with an all French butter crust, lemon poppyseed waffles with salted cranberry butter, maple and butter waffles, strawberry and nutella French toast and brown butter pecan French toast…YUM! All attendees had a chance to make their own variations of the menu – our favorite kind of workshop!
