In line with this, The French Cheese Board, in collaboration with the Asian Women in Business, is hosting a night of cheese and sake on July 11 from 6pm to 8pm at 41 Spring Street, New York, 10012.
Whether it is Emmental, Brillat-Savarin, Mimolette, Pont l’Évêque, Fourme d’Ambert or Comté, the flavors can be enhanced with the right sake pairing carefully curated by our sake ninja, Chris Johnson.
