Melt, Stretch & Sizzle with Tia Keenan (10/11)

We had a book signing with author Tia Keenan for her new book, Melted, Stretch & Sizzle: The Art of Cooking Cheese and of course we threw a cheese party to celebrate with none other than raclette!

 

In the book, there are recipes for fondues, dips, gratins, and more that will please lovers of cheese. With roasted potatoes, cornichons, kimchi, and sausages, each guest was able to create a plate and then see a raclette machine in action as the ooey, gooey, melted raclette was scraped beautifully and perfect for the fall weather.
