The Bordeaux Kitchen Book Launch Party (6/15)

On June 16th, the French Cheese Board welcomed Tania Teschke for the launch of her recipe book The Bordeaux Kitchen which is inspired by French ancestral traditions.Tania discussed the motivations behind writing this book and the various recipes of the book which was then followed by a lively Q&A.

 

For this event we had the following cheeses: Ossau Iraty, St. Nectaire, Crottin du Chavignol and Petit St. Maure with wine from Chateau Biac.
