What would you want your favorite piece of art to taste like if it was edible? Let us guess, fromage? Ours certainly would.
For this very special event, we invited sculptor and pie artist based in Brooklyn, Sarah K. Williams of @aestheticallycomplexpies, to help us create museum-worthy French cheese platters.
Sarah has taught aesthetic cheese plate classes such as “Cheese Plates as Fine Art” for over a year now, and she’s recently designed a whole terraced cracker garden using chocolate, fruits, and French cheese for the Bronx Museum of the Arts.
Then, everyone had the chance to design their own cheese board to take home. Needless to say, we all had fun tasting the cheeses and pairing them with tapenade, homemade crackers, fruits and vegetables.
