Last Tuesday (10/29), Thalassa Skinner celebrated the launch of her new book ” Cheese Boards to Share” at the French Cheese Board with a very special book signing event. For the occasion, the FCB team recreated some of the author’s stunning cheese boards.

Cow, sheep, goat, raw milk… more than 14 cheeses from all over France were part of the event. The guests also enjoyed white and red wine to pair with the cheeses.
