On May 13th, we had our first ever online French & Fromage class. As its name suggests, this class was about learning basic French words and more importantly, tasting cheeses! We chose three for our guests to try and they were:
– Fromager d’Affinois, a double cream cheese that melts on the tongue, with buttery flavors.
– Mimolette, a hard and dry cheese with butterscotch and coffee flavors.
– Epoisses, a washed rind cheese with dry fruits notes, creamy and gooey in texture.
We were delighted to have Amira (@the_sweetlife_of_amirarabah) & Tiffany (@breakfastatetiffany) as our guests for the evening. They did a spectacular job with their cheeseboards and the French Cheese Board team were amazed by their ability to learn French phrases like “J’aime le fromage!” which means “I love cheese!”.
