To commemorate the end of summer, we wanted to celebrated in safety and style outdoors like we did at Central Park for a pique-nique. This time though changed up the scenery by having a fromage soirée on a Brooklyn rooftop.
On a wonderful summer evening right, Allie and her friends joined together for a delicious and decadent fromage spread with dried and fresh fruits, jams, honey, charcuterie, bread, and wine from M.Chapoutier. The fromages on the boards were: Emmental, Fromager d’Affinois, Mimolette, Chablochon, Ossau Iraty, Bleu d’Auvergne, and Tomme Pimento.
As the sun set over the great New York City skyline, we were elated everyone enjoyed the social distanced fromage party on the Brooklyn rooftop. It is important to have comfort any way we can especially during these times and cheese does provide that. Wherever you are, you can have cheese. Cheers to having #fromageanywhere!Share:
