Pain au Chocolat Workshop using French Butter – with Pabade Bakery & Cafe’s Chef Yolfer Quintero (02/24)

On February 24th, French Cheese Board hosted a private Pain au Chocolat workshop using French Butter!

Led by Chef Yolfer Quintero of Pabade Bakery & Cafe, guests learned how to laminate dough and shaped their own pastries to bake at home.

It was a truly memorable evening!
