

Last November, the French Cheese Board celebrated Halloween once more with the most malicious of French cheese: the Mimolette from Isigny Ste Mere. Resembling a pumpkin’s shape and color, this delicacy from Normandy needs no introduction, and each year it wears its Jack-O-Lantern costume, tricking us into treating ourselves with new recipes around its rich flavor.
