We invited a group of Yelp Elite to discover the French Cheese Board to take shelter from winter’s cold hold on New York City by warming them up with none other than fromage.
We introduced why we exist and what our mission is at FCB which is the promotion of French dairy products. There was a lively group who had small bites along with wine. The cheeses featured were: Abondance, Bethmale, Tomme Brandy Plum, Brie, and Roquefort. With that selection, cow, goat, and sheep’s milk cheeses were represented for a variety of flavors, textures, and intensities.
We hope the Yelp Elite were able to learn something about French cheese and pass on that knowledge to others.
